I see no disclaimer that it can not be shared/sold without permission. You made the example of a digital movie, but they have disclaimers and privacy agreements which are lacking here.
I agree xxmodded took awhile to request a refund, and I don't expect you to refund an e-book that you can't take back.

The kid just wants to make his money back and he isn't going to get it from you. I'm sorry if you feel cheated QueenW, but it seems as though it won't be an actionable offense.

I am glad other members are looking at it objectively and see that I am not trying to scam anybody and just trying to reclaim my investment.

I never did ask for a refund and just figured it were best to sell my 2 copies and be done with it. I did originally want to sell 1, but the price Queen is asking has dropped so I am selling it cheaper to be done with this.

The method should work with no problems, but you need an XBOX to use this and you can't just do some stuff to get a code to re-sell.

This thread can't be closed unless Queen tells the moderator to do so or says this has been resolved.

it's very obvious that you're not allowed to resell e-books unless there is a CC licensing or something alike on it.

anyways, you can't stop re-selling of a pdf though

Well I don't need to state the obvious. No where did I state that HE was allowed to sell. I also didn't say that it came with resell rights. Therefor, he does not have permission.
