My personal PayPal stealth I've been using to exchange. Has:

> $700 pre-loaded balance (legit, not carded/hacked funds)
> Real SSN (I'm ok with this being on here, as long as you can't see it)
> Bank/card attached (I'll make sure you don't f*** this over)
> Joined in 2009
> Can send/receive very easily

> RDP for location included at extra price (per 1 year contracts)

Looking for offers. You can exchange very easy with this or use it for whatever you want. Selling just the account. Not my problem what you do with it or if it doesn't work, or if you mess it up then try to get a refund. Once you touch it, it's yours.

Cause I'm done exchanging for good once it's sold. Made enough + it's getting in way of other things I need to focus on. Getting rid of it = takes away distraction completely.

If that's the case, then wouldn't you make out even better just by withdrawing the $700? I can't make sense of why you would sell this account because you're done exchanging, when you have it completely verified and linked to your bank.

I once got my Paypal account limited for nonsense, and had to wait 180 days to receive my balance.
If this is the case, you should be forthcoming and let everyone know that is the case. It will change your customer-base by quite a bit.

I think his problem is either that he can not remove the $700, or for whatever reason he doesn't want to remove the $700.
There are plenty of others selling stealth Paypals without balance, and you would probably have better luck with them.

Yeah, assume it because everything in this world is what it seems.
