Why don't you just announce the price via RSS and use IFTT to create a routine of twitting your updates automatically? That's simple and free

What do you mean by regular basis ? I have written re tweet boots for twitter but since twitters last security updates you can only post a tweet after a particular delay.If you are willing to give a delay of 5-8 minutes between the prices I can probably do this.
