The SOIL marketing at this moment is very poor but I like the technical idea's they have.

I'm the manager of EnergyCoin and I have some stable investors keeping stable value on bittrex and volume.
I wish that EnergyCoin have the Etherium features of SOIL and maybe in the future we fork or combine with currencies that offer smart contracts.
For now there are no business partners paying for development of applications and that is same situation as for SOIL.
I see huge potential prospects for enviriomental curencies with smart contracts posibilities and SOIL have them now.
