It says its a double spend also, but Im not really sure how that happened?  Should it go throughsoon or should I sweep my private keys onto block.io or electrum?

What wallet did you use to send it? 

I don't see the transaction at blockr.io or blockexplorer.com.

It has also labelled your previous tx as a double-spend (and gives link to the double-spent coin)
