pot: 0$ (95% of this will be awarded)
how will the winner be picked?
after purchasing a ticket leave a comment saying paid, i will leave a message saying confirmed and you're number (numbers are in order first buyer gets ticket 1, so on and so on) after that i update the price money. at the end of the 24 hours i will use a randomizer to pick a number between 1 - x amount of players, or let a high ranked trusted member of the community do this if one is willing to do this.

date when winner will be announced:

Not offense but to be honest, no one will send bitcoin to your address with you having a negative trust. If you are serious about running the lottery, find a trusted escrow to handle it.
