Cryptocheck- how in the *#!*!

I swear I cannot find anything that just straightforward explains how to aquire and use cryptocheck. I do know that bitcoin is not cryptocheck but I figure my chances are good that someone here can tell me what to do. I just started using bitcoins now all the sudden it's not easy anymore and two new converts have decided they couldn't do it. This sucks, I feel like a moron. Please help.

uh. it doesn't look like an altcoin. it's some kind of service that generate some kind of voucher for you. you can top it up with btc/usd and redeem it on various not-so-well-known exchange.

Well it's basically like perfectmoney except you don't have a password to your account. I don't fully get it either, to be honest. There is only exchangers and no way to cashout directly from the site?

Anyway this is probably designed for HYIP schemes and stuff like that... because there is no way for people to chargeback and no accounts involved, thus no frozen/blocked accounts.
