[b] bitcointalk account [high budget]

I would like to purchase a bitcointalk account...for good purposes of course.
I have a decent budget, preferably an account with some trust rating applied but of course this is not a big deal.
I prefer an account POTENTIALLY or is already Hero or above.
No negative trust ratings, including untrusted feedback. No previous bans, no spam posts and preferably no sign campaign (this isn't a biggy)
I am using this account for general posting and currency exchange dealing since I have an interest in getting an exchange business going in the future and want to test the waters on this forum.

Please let me know the account statistics via PM and your price, if I am interested I will reply. I am more than happy to use a third party escrow. I also want the private key to a previously used address that way you can not recover the account in the future.
