Strange that they insist on fleeing to non-Muslim countries, when there are so many Muslim countries in the world. It's almost like "fleeing" isn't the real reason. I guess that the vast majority of "refugees" are young males should also be a clue.
It is very well planned. The Muslim countries are already full, so they are just dumping their excess male population on to other countries. Also, polygamy is very widespread in many of these nations (especially Saudi Arabia and the other GCC nations). So getting rid of large number of males is a logical thing to do as well.
