I have exactly 1 MSDN Admin Account. I got it approved with BizSpark on Dec 26, 2016. I give access to everything - 5 VS (MSDN) subscriptions, emails, domain, invites, keys, whatever.

This admin is completely new. No keys have been redeemed, no Azure credits activated. I sent 2 of the 5 invites to myself to check if it works well (it had some problems with sending welcome emails, that's why 2).

Price: $120. Not cheap, but honest.
