Altcoins price alert /USD

Hello Community

Just lookin around for a tool which alert me when an altcoin achieve a target price/USD. I tried to "search" something similar, but major results are about /BTC flag systems.

2 further requirements:

1)This tgt price must be expressed in USD (not in BTC)
2)Would be great if it has a mobile app too
