They left the situation reach this point by lying, would you trust them?

Do it or don't, but don't expect anything in return, I think there are several hidden things in this story, but of course won't say anything because I have no proof

Your user name is Karpeles, that is very familiar to me. Do you have anything to do with the French guy?

I think that if the bitcoins were really stolen from cryptsy, then it may be legit.  It's just hard to know if they were stolen or if the owner took them himself.

the drama like this always happened time to time, a company who held large amount of bitcoin claiming they got hacked and all funds were stolen all of it are bullshit.
the truth are cryptsy untrustworthy they are lied being hacked so the bounty itself mean nothing.

I think that the same guy that is offering this bounty is the guy that stole the coins.. And it's not just about doxing him, his dox is allready in the class action thread.

He wants "information leading to the recovery of the coins" or something similar, though I bet he stole them himself..

His name is Paul Edward Vernon... Dig and dox away..

I'm not planing on doxing anyone, that was just an example of a non-paying bounty/lie.
It is possible that he stole them himself, no way to find out for sure yet.
Maybe it was an inside job in 2014, and they covered it up to get as much BTC as possible before making the scammed story.

This is a good theory, something we read from newspaper when a bank was robbed and the crime was perfectly executed, the Cryptsy crime is perfectly executed and they want a scapegoat for a perfect crime,a perfect scapegoat that they are looking for..

Most probably a pile of bullshit. Cryptsy is having withdrawal problems for people withdrawing more than one bitcoin, how can we trust then to give away 1000 of em?

You're probably right, but if someone did recover the stolen coins, then I assume that the bounty would be paid out of the recovered coins.  Of course the coins were probably never stolen from bigvern so this is all a moot point.
