Their website looks like phishing to me. There is neither SSL certificate, nor is there a physical address and telephone number. Their domain is registered in LA, however it's private, and no real location is pointed.
I think they are from Africa, and only exchange money in order to get more people to trust them, then steal millions.

I came to that conclusion mainly because in order to obtain SSL they have to pay 250$ or something of this sort, and they have to register it as an exchange service, which requires a company.

Since they do not have a company or physical address it is due to the fact that they wouldn't like you to know their address because it's red-flagged.
