I guess I am a bit coin newbie. 2 weeks ago I used bitinstant to fund my MTGOXaccount I bought 6.15 bitcoins. I tried to withdraw them but my account had been flagged to be verified =[ so I waited a week after being 7750 in the que I was finally verified. The day before yesterday I get on my computer and I try to withdraw the funds to my bitchain.com mywallet with my deposit address and after filling out The withdraw method : Bitcoins
The ammount my 6.15 minus the .0005 fee and only checking the Pay 0.0005BTC Fee For Faster Processing (Required for Transactions below 0.01 BTC) I click confirm and the text "Withdrawing..." pops up and it never goes through. I have done this a few times and I am upset I have wanted to use my bitcoins since I bought them TWO WEEKS AGO. I have tried to look up what is going on with MTGOX but as a newbie I am confused. I know that the bitcoin has started a craze and sites that deal and trade are overwhelmed. Does my issue have to do with this? 600 dollars just stuck away from me
(last thursday is when I really wanted to spend them at their all time high) but MTGOX is not working for me and I have been so patient these last two weeks. I dont want to buy sell and hold and watch the market I just want to use my bitcoins and then buy more and use them! And i'd like a reliable site to do so. Can anyone recommend a way that I would be able to use cash like today tomorrow to buy bitcoins and use them RIGHT AWAY! I will buy more while trying to figure out this MTGOX thing. I dont know if I will use MTGOX after these last two weeks Im really hoping there is another way without ever using MTGOX who is withholding my money from me for two weeks!

PS Please dont get mad at me for "CRITICIZING MT GOX" this is just my 100 percent true and correct account of my new and recent history with them Huh Sad

Sorry to hear about your problem! I'm new also. I transferred to and from MTGox in the last few weeks without any problems, but I have had problems there placing orders to buy or sell BTC. I know they have been plagued with lag issues, so I'm sure your problem is related to that. When the orders don't work, it seems they eventually go through, but if I were you I would give it a few hours then try again, and just repeat that. I wouldn't panic, mtgox seems to me very legit, though of course people are frustrated with the problems of late.

Ive been trying for two days now with no avail. I had no problems buying them two weeks ago but then I got flagged for verification because I used two different computers to log into my account. I had no bad feelings as I figured this was a good saftey feature but after two weeks I am becoming upset the "thing" I want to buy is in short supply and will soon become unavailable to me... Angry
