Blockchain.info V2 API incoming transactions not received since two days

Hello,

I have installed the new V2 API and I did receive a few payments recently from our customers. but on 19 of Feb midnight. I notice that the incoming payments from my customers through the API is not coming anymore, I have report it on 19 of Feb Morning and the answer was "I've escalated your ticket to our development team. They will be able to assist you further with this issue.

Thank you." But I didn't receive any answer until now about the ongoing transactions from customer sides to our main address which is not received until now. any idea of what is happening and why they don't give answer or show all the received money via the api in our main account ? what is the point of all this ?
