Has anyone been requesting coins from Flexcoin's cold storage recently? Their terms of service (
http://flexcoin.com/118.html) say "Requests for coins to be returned from cold storage will be handled as soon as possible (often within 24 hours), but may take up to 72 hours.", but my request from Sunday, Jan 13th is still not handled after 5 days...

It's been labeled #135 which sounds like either they almost don't have problems (unlikely, I guess), or have very few users, which makes me wonder if they have any staff looking at requests at all...
