i read more time owner of faucet write "i don't earn" but later see 10-15 different faucet born to forum every day 

i think you can get earn if have a decent rewards for user, personally i click to adv when i see good rewards (at now minimum 600 satoshi for hour).
Adsense accept if you buil a minimum of site, don't a simple faucetbox page

This days adsense rejecting empty faucets without any content and there is no any good alternative for faucet. I have also tried running faucet myself but i don't find it profitable this days.

I deleted all of my sites some time ago.  I had a few and each one turned out to be a waste of time.  Each time I hoped it would turn out different, but in the end it was always the same.  Bots 1, Me 0.

Until it gains popular traction to get some sort of ad revenue, but even then people use the ad blocker. So youre going force people to allow it give a green light for those who do use the ad blocker.

tbh with out google adsense i think there is no way to profit .
and adsense can ban you any second , imagine, u payed 100$ payouts and you got on adsense 120$ at the end of the month you got ban ! thats 100$ lost
so its always risky
so when u start a faucet u need to put in mind that you need to invest alot of money

Well he is a hackerBOSS and this was his mastermind plan, to use bots on other faucets and to run his own. After some time when they shut down other faucets cause of bots he will profit.
Well I think this guy deserved some negative after this 2 topics.
