Officials from India claim to have had their ‘first’ run in with Dark Net Market (DNM) usage. The Hindustantimes just reported on how Indian Anti-Narcotics agencies are focusing in on these new markets and improving their surveillance methods.

India’s Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) found two illegal drug smuggling syndicates online. The authorities say they are currently monitoring DNM usage within the region. So far, the team has interdicted two groups maintaining illicit activity online in the country.

Im surprised india are cracking down on dark net market when they have so many clear net sites that are so willing to send pretty much any pharmacy drugs anywhere in the world, Shouldn't they crack down on these first before tackling the dark net market?  Maybe its just a publicity stunt.

Well kudos for them, I wish they rid the Net of all these activities, but it's virtually impossible. These people jump from one method to the next and they hide behind stolen identities. You can trace these

activities as much as you want, but you have to go to the source of the problem, which is money and power. How long have we been fighting the same battles, and just when you thought you had

exposed one site, the next one pops up. They should put people on the ground, and increase intelligence collection.. get to the buyers and pressurise them for answers..  Wink

I'm for legalizing pretty much any drug, with limits but we have a bit of a crisis with Fentanyl being mixed with heroin unbeknownst to the cistomers in the US.   So I'm somewhat cool with this, though I think laws need to be changed primarily.   They should go after the othef stuff, like kiddie porn and guns.
