You should ask this in the Electrum sub-forum... or wait for a mod to move it for you.

Long story short - without your seed phrase you are screwed. *Possibly* you might be able to trawl the bytes on your mobile's storage drive, looking for a private key(s). It depends whether you encrypted your wallet (then it won't work), and how thorough the 'factory reset' was (if it overwrote every byte of space, you're screwed). Also you have to find an automated program that does this.

Can you remember *any* words of your seed? The more you can remember the more chance a 'brute force' search can find the right phrase - again you'll need a specialised program for it. Don't, of course, tell any of us here any words you remember.

If I've said anything amusing and/or informative and you're feeling generous:

If you did not write or memorise down the seed somewhere safe as instructed, you actually only have yourself to blame, given the number of words needed, a brute force would take some time even if you remember 5 of them. If you are on an android device, a factory reset does not actually delete your data, there are ways to recover data using special tools, although you may need to look at other forums

The things suggested above are the last resorts but I really doubt any of those will work, you're suppose to keep note of your seed elsewhere and several copies of it. Sorry to say but the chances of you getting your coins back are next to none at this moment, unless of-course you're able to recover it from your mobile someway.

Nothing you can do, it is a  security measure for wallet, so that it is a one time phrase which you have to write down and keep it safely. Consider this as a lesson and don't make the same mistake again.
