What kind of survey? A phone survey or an online one?
I wouldn't mind filling in a very short online survey (maximum 5 minutes) for free, as long as no personal details are asked.

If it is only a write up survey with only basics quetions about bitcoins then count me in.

Surveys shorter than 4 minutes are appreciated also a decent pay makes it better. Traffic increases with good interface and layout and good questions with only 3-4 questions per page.
