If I was you I make my own website or blogs with appropriate content and apply for a google AdSense account which generates some income for me.also If I am photoshop expert try to get some part time or fixed price in freelancer marketplace like upwork,freelancer etc.also you can write an ebook about marketing strategy and sell it on amazon or ebay for some buck.also you can sell your service on fiverr.

yeah, making a website nowadays to earn money online is the best option. all the big earners of internet are the website owners others are just earning a smallest fraction of their earnings on their websites. So the best solution for earning good money is to start your own website or blog. If you are new to this area you have to take start with blogger. It is free and users friendly.
