and with two cases above , I won , why did I lose?

as i explained at the before post,
seed value  is generated  every second regardless bet.
when bet comes, seed of the time  will be selected as start seed value.
way of expire seed value is a same. different point is using the real end date.

so, the generated seed value  at 17:55:00.306 is 17:54:59, seed value of  17:55:00 is not generated yet.

if you see the past  milliseconds  data , you will know the way.

the betting expire seed generating time may be  value after 08:11:38:809.
the seed is last value can be selected at 11:39:809.

to more clear it, we will add millisecond time generating seed .
