New Litecoin Service

I do not have permissions yet to add this on Project Development section so I am writing it here.

I created a new service called LTC-Lottery.com

There you can buy tickets with Litecoins at the price of 0.1 LTC per ticket.

There are hourly lotteries and 1 out of 10 tickets win. That is 10% to win.
