I've read lots of functional level descriptions of what this technology is going to be capable of, but I've not come across any implementation details and I'm having problems tracking down a white paper, even though one is referenced in a few places.

Does anyone have any details about the actual capabilities of this project.

You referring to the IBM Linux project? - This is still in the air ...
