Help!

Today I was looking my email and i saw that someone tried to change my bitcointalk password from a different IP. The email showed me a link to click and change my password, but i don't want, so i deleted it.

Someone logged into my Poloniex account too from a different IP, and it's not the first time that this happens... I needed to change email password too because suspicious activity. I don't know what to do. Never had any problem with this kind of thing until now. Antivirus is working all the time, but looks that it's not enough. 

What can i do to stop this?

Make sure you are not re-using passwords across multiple sites. A lot of scammers out there creating new "services" that are actually just there collecting passwords.

Mate, make good, long password (use small and big letters, numbers and special characters), dont use same password for more than one site as mentioned above, stack your bitcoin adress from where you can sign message here:

and you should be pretty safe from account hacking.

Do you have 2fa enabled on poloniex(wish 2fa was available here too), if it's on there's nothing to worry about. just change your passwords. also check for unusual plugin
installed on your browser.

same thing happened to me too just now I received that mail as follows:

I don't have this 2fa enabled. When i received the email i just frozed my Poloniex account. Some time later same thing again (someone logged from a differente IP), so i frozed again. I cleaned computer too, i hope these things don't happen again. It's very sad.  

This is the IP that tried to change my Bitcointalk password: IP: 187.161.231.171

this thing can happen again because they only need your username to request a password reset. you're not really in danger unless they know your email password.
