Support notes now available in the MultiBit help

I have moved the support notes into the MultiBit help to make them more easily accessible to users.
These are solutions to issues that come up from time to time.

The help comes from the multibit.org server so you will see them the next time you open MultiBit 0.5.9
They are also on the multibit.org Support page.
