I've made a worker account and spend over 24 hours mining with it, But when I got to my account it says I've not gotten a single one, as if none of its counting?

You are going to have to provide a lot more information. However, the number one reason for this kind of results (other than you are not actually mining successfully) is that you are mining with a CPU and your  hash rate isn't high enough to be counted by the mining pool. If this is the case, you might get better results by switching to another pool, but really you should switch to GPU mining (and get a trickle of coins), or just give up.

Or that he is simply mining with an out of date client. That is what happened to me, and after i upgraded to the newest version I could see my shares picking up in the pool I was in. GuiMiner reported shares processed, on either of the 2 versions, but only the newest one actually did it right.
