Icash - Pura coin - how do I convert or trade from my Icash wallet?

I just got back from vacation and logged into my icash wallet to sell some on CoinExchange but it tells me to convert to the new PURA address but I don't see how to do that they don't have an instruction, can someone help me how to convert my icash coins in the Windows wallet to the CoinExchange.io.

I looked at that link but don't see how to convert. Can you just post here how or PM me please I'm starting to panic that I might loose my icash investment and I was a big supporter of icash before going on vacation.
