About a year ago I bought bitcoins though Coinbase. No problems there, the buy orders were executed reasonably quickly.

Couple of weeks back, I decided to sell. The first sell order up to the daily limit went through. And that was it. They never allowed me to sell another Bitcoin. The message I am getting is the SSN number is wrong. Needless to say, the support is nonexistent. All I am getting are referrals back to those useless community web pages.

After having read all horror stories about other people's experiences, I reported this to BBB and am planning to open a case with FBI Internet Fraud. They should be closed down before stealing more. I would also like to warn all the people to avoid Coinbase.

They are not allowing you to sell but are they allowing you to withdraw? If they are then just withdraw those coins from there to your wallet and find another exchange like circle etc. to sell your coins. Or you can use them again when your problem gets resolved but don't leave your coins sitting there, move them to your wallet asap.

In my opinion before you report it to FBI Internet Fraud, you can withdraw your bitcoin and try using other marketplace. you can use bitfinex/bitstammp.

Yeah instead reporting this company try to withdraw it in another wallet or exchange site.. if you want to exchange you bitcoin back to fiat or money try this link https://perfectmoney.is/business-partners.html
Find a high trusted score so that you are far in scam..  they are also offering moneygram if its available in your country..
