BTC-E does not allow international wires in USD anymore?

Are they on this forum to reach them?

this is their offical thread in this forum : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=433283.0 , But I do not see them reply there.
try also to contact their support to be sure that it is preminant not somethin temp
