Need to get a hold of Burnside (LTC pool)

Hello all. I'm a recent explorer into the world of digital currencies. I have 2 machines setup on Slush's pool mining BTC, and am attempting to setup LTC mining via reaper on another couple of machines. I'm running into the dreaded error 6 "couldnt contact server" when attempting to mining burnside's pool, and i'm pretty damn positive i have every setting correct. Here is my issue..

There is no contact on his pool website for him, and no help/support option anywhere. The only thing is a link to his forum thread here, which i can't reply to. I also cannot send messages through this site, or see any other contact info for him. I'm stuck. You're really limited to what you can do here.
