please help me avoid steep bank fines / selling small amt of BTC

I need $7 in cash ASAP to cover the rest of what I owe to the bank. I have bitcoin. Willing to give a good deal as I just have to get this taken care of.

EDIT: Actually, I'm looking to sell $20 worth because I need some cash for something else

Payment methods have to be bank xfer (BoA), WU or MG.

My responses will be delayed as I only have access to the computer at the library right now.
