Electrum help...and...HELLO!

Hi wonderful Bitcoin community.

I'm in desperate need for some Electrum guidance. I forgot my Electrum password and followed your instructions on bitcointalk forums for how to restore from the seed. However, when I restore form the seed I get this error “no transactions found for this seed”. I had $120 in bitcoins in my Electrum, oh no! Any idea what I should do?

Are you sure that the seed you have is the same as the one encrypted in your wallet? Check the receiving addresses to see if they are the same (both in the encrypted and the one you are restoring from seed).
