Have any of you used 247 Exchange before? I'm wondering if it's a a reliable site to convert BTC to USD. Do you know any good alternatives?

I've converted CAD to BTC and vice versa on 247exchange, but never USD. It's always been a fast and easy to use exchange. Also you don't store your cash or bitcoins online so I liked that part of it. What I mean by that is you never have a 'balance' on their exchange. You either have oney in your bank account which is converted to BTC in your wallet or vice versa.
