How do I add a picture/avatar?

I'm almost out of the newbie category and I wanted to add an avatar.  I can't figure out where to enter it.  Can anyone help?

You need to be a full member or higher to add an avatar.

It must be no more than 120px wide, 80px tall, and 100 KiB in size. It must be a PNG, GIF, or JPEG image. It must be safe for work.
