The title is very misleading because I thought you are offering free domains. Selling a domain is not as simple as you think and your domain age will not make the price of your domain valuable as it values nothing. It depends on SEO score, domain name, backlinks, and more which you can find about it on Google search. Good luck selling your domains. By the way, what domains are you trying to sell?

How I can check the value of a domain/sites?

Not a classic analysis "like how worth your site" but a real analysis that could show also backlink, SEO score and so....maybe that could give also a "tip" in what part of site are useful and what part of site need more work?
