I can pay quickly (most likely within a couple hours) via PayPal, and a few days with BTC or Dwolla as I'd need to wait for a bank transfer to clear.  I'd prefer PayPal since it's quicker & easier and I don't have that much BTC right now.  I'd like to do escrow if you want BTC or Dwolla.
