Is it allowed to use referral links in this section?

I want to start a little game soon when European Football Championsship starts. For that reason, I would like to know if it is allowed to place a referral link into the thread. I know it is not allowed in different other sections on this board, but I could find some ref links here, so I am wondering if it is allowed in this section.

I think referral links are frowned upon in general. Usually you can post your offer and have users pm you for the link if interested
