I am fed up of Charge-back and Detention of Paypal & Skrill Account for trading Bitcoins.
Scammers always find a way to charge-back saying unauthorized Payment made , Goods Not received , Or some Penny scammers simply Charge-Back.

For the services i am mentioning under can some one list if they are Charge-Back proof of not.
