What happened::
I attempted to buy some Runescape(Game) money to flip and make a quick profit.  I was shocked when the guy asked for PayPal instead of BTC.  I of course agreed and paid him through PayPal with a credit card, he then stopped responding.

I sent the payment as goods, so I will first dispute through PayPal, and if that does not work for whatever reason I will chargeback via my CC.
He is a pretty stupid scammer at least..haha

Well it's a good thing you agreed on paying via Paypal. He's maybe not aware that it has a chargeback option. Also why did you agreed on sending payment first before you got what you are buying? The guy has a newbie account here.

Since the names on the two e-mails don't match one of them or both could be fake. Perhaps a hacked PayPal account that the perp can quickly cash out and then leave the original owner on the hook. Seen that with eBay back in the day. But first let's see if he responds.

Yeah, I would have never went first if it was via BTC.  I figured since it was via PayPal, no risk to me to take the chance.  PayPal is the same as ESCROW.

I just found the todd e-mail in another one of his threads.  I only dealt with the school e-mail.

The cell # seems to be real, and the voicemail also says the name Ben.  If it is fake, he spent a lot of time to make it look real.
