Hi everyone, I'm pretty much a beginner when it comes to mining Ethereum, although I've successfully mined a couple of other altcoins after creating my own pool using a Windows VPS. I'm looking to do the same with Ethereum. As I don't have my own rig, I'll be renting one instead. I'm offering $100 to anybody who may be able to provide me with assistance in setting up the pool of which will be used to point my rented rigs to.

Please reply here or drop me a private message if you're interested.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section.

You better just mine at suprnova.cc there is an ETH pool there. Running your own pool, i dont think you will find any block
and probably no one will came mine at your pool with you. ETH diff. is very hing right now so better just join a popular pool.
Just saying.
