I wanted to add a few technical details about the drawing at https://mue.bitcoinprizedraw.com :

2. I have provided Python code to allow users to reproduce the drawing results using Python's random library.

MUE ticket price is now pegged to the BTC equivalent market price.

So if you hold MUE, buy tickets when MUE price goes up so it costs less MUE, if you want to buy MUE for entry then buy anytime, as it makes no real difference, probably best to just use BTC to buy your tickets though.
