We can't check how your referred exchange works. Your post has no links inside, it shows suspecious link has been removed. Does it mean that it was a scam referance?
However, for exchange purpose, i have been using coinbase for USD to bitcoin, USD to ethereum or vice versa. Coinbase is a trusted exchange where i never faced any delays. There customer support may be slow or unpleasent but i can say they are capable of taking care of other stuffs
