How many coins are there now designed to facilitate Decentralised Apps?
There seems to be a few.

Ether
I/O Coin
Sys
Crypti
Expanse
Soil
Shift.

These are a few that I own some of. What are some others and do any of them stand out as better or more advanced?
I know there are some quite good ones I don't have

Any dapp that can be written for those platforms, can be written for the BitShares platform.

The BitShares version, however, will have 1 major difference.

what is that difference?

Yes don't forget About Lisk, it already brought in over 1000 bitcoins for the ICO.
And they work with the most used programming language Javascript.
And 21 March the coin will release already so that is definitely one to keep a eye on!
