Did you send the payment, or are you receiving the payment?

If you sent it, then you didn't include a large enough transaction fee.  If you wanted it to confirm quickly, then you should have paid a larger tranasaction fee.

If you are receiving the payment, then the sender did not include a large enough transaction fee.  It may take a VERY long time for it to confirm, and it might not ever confirm.  You should not provide anything of value in exchange for this transaction unless/until it confirms, and you should let the sender know that they need to include a reasonable transaction fee in the future if they want to receive their product or service quickly.

yeah ... always the same story...  too low fees may cause this kind of problem... that's a recurent issue

As someone suggested above to try rebroadcasting it,I'd say wait.Let it be in the network fr 5-6 hours ,if you're lucky enough,it might just get conformed.I had the same issues a few days back,I had paid a slightly higher fee though.After 5 hours it was conformed.

Well, I just wanted to say that. If any transaction is done with very low fee it will take long time to confirm. Nothing can be done until it gets confirmed or miner rejects the transaction. I think time to lock this thread.
