My friend wants to mine with me from his home. i want to get his hash-rates for my solo mining. How make a connection between Us?

Easiest way is to use an existing pool and get him to set up as a worker on your account.

 Give your friend your IP address and use your router to map a port to the local IP and port of your computer that is running the altcoin sofware.  You will have to alter the .conf file to add a username and password for them as well.  Your friend will point his GPU miner at your IP address and the port you specified in your router.

Is the issue that he doesn't want to run a node?  If that's not a problem why not just both mine solo and then transfer the coins?

The probability of finding a block with higher hashrate is more than a lower hashrate.
