R9 380x 23 m/hash

Dear all, i am new in mining i got my first rig last week and i start with 1 gigabyte r9 380x g1 gaming gpu, i am mining ethereum in nanopool and the 6 hour average hashrate is 23 mh/s , i just wanted to know is this okay rate without OC? Its working with at 60 degree Celsius..

Ps. I am using Windows 7.

That is very fast. It is even faster than the 280x. Can you share your setting?
