It certainly appears to be now, or close to it. Buy the rumor, sell the news anyone?

I think we can have more upside before the halving, but then a marked failure to launch and slow drizzle downward for awhile. Sure, buy now if you are late to the party, but be sure to sell into strength a bit at a time. Hope is for suckers.
