I have sent a message to yobit from various places , from twitter , email , bitcointalk , and sent her ticket in yobit . but why yobit not respond until now ? I just wanted to get my money back . I experienced the same thing with the dev of XVG . you can see here https://twitter.com/vergecurrency/status/720009968737525761 and why yobit banned me from trollbox ? I never do spam in chat ! if anyone has experienced the same problem here ?

I had the same problem with them a while ago... They took about 2 weeks to answer me, and in the end it was sending a PM to yobit on bitcointalk that got things solved.

I don't think they're scamming tough, they just don't have fast customer service.

Hope your problem will get solved!

I have done but no replies

You still have to have some patience, it can still take them several days to answer PM's on bitcointalk, however, in my case it was still the fastest route to get support.

I just experience this but just an small amount of an alt but took a week to got resolved, I keep on chatting but i've not been banned maybe the amount of my coin is not worthy but yobit still pay me back just like what other's replied mate btctalk would be a good medium for you to settled the problem from yobit, I still believed that the site will do necessary action after getting your concerned just be more extra patient. good luck mate.

They are extremely slow in responding and I picture them over run due to growing so fast and not hiring more people.
Sent a issue about a month ago that they fixed within a day but they replied back last week. So I try not to flood them and just stay patient.
But I mostly use them for signature to dice and sometimes I buy alt coins,so small ball.

Its actually a common issue for a lot of bitcoin sites as they grow they are not expecting to be hit so often with questions and issues.

I`m sure its just a lack of staff.

Like most btc business have a hard time setting up their support system, I mean look at primedice. A well respected dice site, yet we still get delayed responses. So just expect the same?

Not that they are in the same type of business, but it shows people have a hard time hiring the right people I guess.
