Taking on such extreme Libertarian views on the Fed, will turn them against Crypto Currency and they will implement means to stop or ban it. This technology should not be

targeted against government, but should rather strive towards a solution to improve them. We should remove the barrier to entry, with innovation and technology that makes it

simple for entrepreneurs to enter the market. Things like the BitLicense puts a barrier to entry into the market and should be removed or bypassed by moving businesses to states

or countries where Bitcoin is accepted and welcomed.  Wink

As far as I know the FED is a private institution.
And I think the banks and US government know pretty well that banning Bitcoin will not solve any problem they are facing now.
Bitcoin is global and if you stifle and regulate it to death in one country, the companies using and supporting it will just move to another one and continue their business.
So I'm not worried about a ban of Bitcoin! Let them do it and they will see a technological brain drain while other states will welcome these people and prosper!
